We started working with James the minute we arrived in Los Angeles to look for a house. At first we weren’t sure which area of the city to live in, whether to rent or buy and had many questions. James not only drove us around patiently while we figured it all out, but was incredibly helpful in answering questions about the city and the differences in real estate in various areas. Eventually, we rented our first few years and then purchased our residence and then a rental property. James handled all of those transactions and managed everything beautifully from start to finish. James is extremely knowledgeable, personable and has become a dear friend as well. I highly recommend him!
